We begin the process by shaping the narration itself. If you have supplied only a script, the recording is crafted by a professional with intentional cadence, like natural pauses, deliberate emphasis, and strategically placed breaths that create room for longer visual moments when needed. If the narration is already recorded, its rhythm is analyzed with the same care. Every pause, inflection, and transition becomes a structural cue for the visuals that will accompany it.

Once the narration is finalized, it is segmented into clean, slide‑length audio clips. These slices are designed for effortless placement inside a non‑linear editor, giving each segment its own precise timing anchor. The audio now forms a sequence of beats that are clear, modular, and ready to drive the visual flow.

In parallel, the original PowerPoint presentation is deconstructed into its own set of slide‑length segments. Animations, transitions, and visual builds are preserved, but the content of each slide is isolated so it can be positioned independently on the timeline. This creates a matching set of visual building blocks that align perfectly with the audio segments.

Then, magic happens when these two tracks, the audio and visuals, are brought together. Because the narration dictates the timing, each slide is placed exactly where the speaker's pacing calls for it. Longer explanations naturally pair with extended visual frames. What You Get

Every time we deliver a narrated movie, you also receive the following elements along with it.

• Timed audio clips, cut for use with Non-Linear Editors (NLE).
• Separate audio clip representing the master soundtrack of your video.
• Master video clip of the PowerPoint presentation, in its natural timing.
• A copy of your original PowerPoint presentation containing any minor timing adjustments that were necessary to accommodate clean transitions, etc. We will not make any artistic changes to your document without your explicit direction.
• One or more Non-Linear Editor projects that are progressively used to capture the timed events, transitions, and effects.
• A precisely timed closed-caption file in your choice of VTT or other popular format.
• Copies of every data, content, project, batch script, or other file we create and use during the creation of your product.

In all, every project delivery package contains the entire contents needed to reproduce your delivered video, or to change it if you need to. All of the specialized tools we use to create your project, except Microsoft PowerPoint, are freely available as open-source. Each project package contains a Tools.md file listing the names and locations of each tool used, and a Process.md file listing the specific steps taken, so you can precisely duplicate our process yourself should you ever have the need.
