We offer a reliable, quick turn-around narrated video production service for pre-existing PowerPoint presentations and either a finished script or pre-recorded narration audio.
Service Description
Imagine handing over your script, narration, and PowerPoint deck, and watching it transform into a seamless, professional video without lifting another finger.
The process begins with your core content. From the words you want spoken to the slides you've already built, everything is shaped into a cohesive visual story.
What you get is more than a recording of slides, it's a fully produced, narrative‑driven video with a beat that communicates your message with clarity, confidence, and professional finesse.
On request, we can also make a compressed version of your video at no additional charge, for cases where the content must be transmitted through slower channels or viewed on older equipment.
More About Our Process
Our narration‑first workflow begins with the simple premise that the voice sets the pace, and everything else follows. Whether you provide a written script to be voiced or a fully recorded narration, the spoken performance becomes the master timeline for the entire production.
We begin the process by shaping the narration itself. If you have supplied only a script, the recording is crafted by a professional with intentional cadence, like natural pauses, deliberate emphasis, and strategically placed breaths that create room for longer visual moments when needed. If the narration is already recorded, its rhythm is analyzed with the same care. Every pause, inflection, and transition becomes a structural cue for the visuals that will accompany it.
Once the narration is finalized, it is segmented into clean, slide‑length audio clips. These slices are designed for effortless placement inside a non‑linear editor, giving each segment its own precise timing anchor. The audio now forms a sequence of beats that are clear, modular, and ready to drive the visual flow.
In parallel, the original PowerPoint presentation is deconstructed into its own set of slide‑length segments. Animations, transitions, and visual builds are preserved, but the content of each slide is isolated so it can be positioned independently on the timeline. This creates a matching set of visual building blocks that align perfectly with the audio segments.
Then, magic happens when these two tracks, the audio and visuals, are brought together. Because the narration dictates the timing, each slide is placed exactly where the speaker's pacing calls for it. Longer explanations naturally pair with extended visual frames. Quick transitions in the narration trigger crisp slide changes. The result is a video that feels intentional, synchronized, and remarkably smooth.
To accelerate the assembly process, our specialized batch‑style production automation tools handle much of the repetitive editing work. Scripts can apply freeze-frames, transitions, adjust durations, insert animations, and format sequences with near‑instant precision. This automation isn't meant to replace craftsmanship, but just to amplify it, freeing time for the creative decisions that matter most.
The outcome is a polished, publication‑ready video delivered at a fixed price and, in many cases, within 24 hours, for videos of up to 20 minutes in length. Longer videos than that require additional lead-time.
Overall, you receive the benefit of a workflow that is not only handcrafted, but is also engineered for speed, accuracy, and unwavering consistency.
